Transitioned into real estate support quickly, working first with HardSmart Agency (Nov 2020 – Jan 2021), then with Vacant Land Place (Jan – Apr 2021), and later with Keller Williams Realty (Apr 2021 – Sep 2024) as a direct client. Focused mainly on contracts and real estate support.
2. What did your day-to-day look like with Keller Williams?
A: Generated contracts (Buyer-Broker Agreement, Listing Agreements, offers), followed up on leads, managed calendar appointments and email communications, monitored offers for properties, and coordinated with clients. Also handled vacation rentals and home warranty claims, and supervised 3 other VAs as lead VA.
3. What was your involvement in preparing contracts and disclosures? What tools did you use?
Created Buyer Brokerage Agreements, Listing Agreements, and attached necessary disclosures (Seller’s Property Disclosure, Community Association Disclosure, Lead-Based Paint Disclosure). Managed referral agreements and ensured contracts were accurate, using Dotloop for preparation and MLS for listing integration. Lastly, I set aside time daily to review updates and improve my skills, which helps me stay consistent and efficient.
