  • Worked for Renpho as an Influencer Marketing Specialist > US based influencers / more on affiliate marketing – Amazon and Tiktok Shop – started last July 2024 up to January 2025 / left for a better opportunity – she was asked to do onsite work (freelance status)

  • Worked for Anymind Group Philippines (Marketing and Ads firm based in PH) as an Influencer Marketing Executive - handled brands and managed influencers > monitor and launch campaigns, attend brand events and collaborate with Marketing team for strategies / left the company to continue her studies

    • Some of her big clients > Globe Telecoms, SM Supermalls, Amazon Prime Video, HBO GO (promotion of House of the Dragons)

    • Most notable Influencers she had connected to > Evan Tan (12M Followers on tiktok), Tony Sia (500k followers in IG)

    • Monthly 100-200 influencers reach out / about 120-140 closed deals in a month

    • Process > Research on influencers who have the same niche as the product that she’s currently engaged in > check on engagements and followers / average views > check if the influencer had any products who’s a direct competitor > reach out and get the rates > send brief to influencers and execute campaigns (monetized + X Deal) - sponsored posts, ads, etc.> create tracker to monitor the campaigns and send score cards to clients

    • Used Anytag as a platform and Instagram (for direct reach out)

  • Did an internship as a Content Writer for 5 months for ITWorks Global Solutions

  • Worked as Customer Return Processor for The Health Back Institute (sleeping pills, etc) - been with the company for 4 years / left as she wanted to venture out into something related to her degree (Communication arts)

  • Motive: Actively exploring for a long term remote work/ prefers stability / open to any US shifts

Staying updated is non-negotiable and flexibility is power. No two campaigns go the same way. Creators go MIA. Brands change their minds. Being able to adjust gracefully is a superpower.
 
 
Q3: Who were your top mentors, and what did you learn from them?
 
A: My top mentor is my first manager ever. I came in fresh out of universit, not even knowing influencer marketing was a thing. She took the time to teach me everything from the ground up. She created a space where it was okay to ask questions, make mistakes and learn from it, which totally shaped how I work today.
