Previously with PJBoren (Amazon agency - offering PPC, marketing, brand management to Amz sellers) - decided to not renew her contract as she was transitioned to day time PHT, she prefers working full night shift
- Account management using both Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Account health monitoring.
- Inventory and catalog management, including: 
- New item setup (NIS)
- Flat file uploads (bulk listing)
- Case management - Opened and managed cases with Amazon support related to catalog issues.
- Customer support, responding to inquiries due to her full access to the account.
- Advertising support, especially around seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day).
- Content management, including editing A+ content with images and videos.
- Handled 12 accounts daily, primarily in the US and Canada marketplaces.
- Hands-on and meticulous approach to quality control, preferring manual checks over automated processes.
